A recipe for yummy vegan cookies with dark chocolate chips or any other topping your heart desires. It's not exactly the healthiest of recipes but it's delicious and still better for you then most store-bought cookies. Plus, it's always nice to know exactly what is going in your body and this recipe requires only 8 ingredients and about 5 minutes of preparation!
Simply mix together the brown sugar, white sugar, melted coconut oil, milk and the apple puree. On a separate bowl mix the flour with the baking soda and salt. Then slowly add the flour to the wet ingredients and finally add the chocolate chips.
Let the mixture sit on the fridge for about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180C and let the cookies do their thing for 10 to 12 minutes. You will be left with perfect homemade cookies that require almost no effort to make!
- 200gr flour
- 150gr packed brown sugar
- 50gr white sugar
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 6 tablespoon of non-dairy milk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of apple puree
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
